When it comes to all things hemp, we know there can be confusion surrounding whether hemp and CBD products are legal and if they can get you “high” like marijuana, which is also derived from the hemp plant. The answers to those questions are crystal clear: when produced according to state and federal guidelines, these products are legal, and if they do contain THC (the psychoactive compound in marijuana that produces a “high”) it is only in trace, legal amounts.
Because some individuals are concerned about any product that has THC, The Hemp Division wants to be completely transparent about which of our products have THC and which ones do not.
